This agreement is between you the subscriber to the yagnaglobal.com. who serves multiple web design, development and marketing services.

Service Level Agreement

yagnaglobal.com will make every effort to provide each customer with best satisfaction. yagnaglobal.com does not have any refund policy as services rendered on demand and after the clarification of services, most of the services except design and development, are provided by third-parties, who are mostly choice of the customers. Hence, Yagna Global doesn’t provide refunds on services offered.

What yagnaglobal.com supports – the following areas are covered under the yagnaglobal.com support policy:

If AMC is signed up with Yagna Global for maintaining the websites, Yagna Global takes care of all security and upgrades for the websites.

Prohibited Use

yagnaglobal.com prohibits the use of websites for:

Illegal material, such as commercial audio, video or music files or any other copyrighted works, for which the account holder does not have the permission of the copyright holder, or any other material in violation of cyber Law Adult material, such as pornography, erotic images or otherwise lewd or obscene content Racist, defamatory, obscene, indecent or other unlawful material, ‘Warez’, such as pirated software, ROMS, emulators, instructions or software for phreaking, hacking, password cracking or IP spoofing, etc

Sites engaging in or promoting pyramid sales, Multi Level Marketing or similar activities

Engaging in illegal activities

Account holders will not post (nor allow to be posted) web or WAP pages containing such material or links to such material, nor shall they store such material in their server space, nor shall they transmit such material by email or any other means. yagnaglobal.com reserves the right to determine whether any material or use is prohibited.

Security and Reliability

The security and reliability of the yagnaglobal.com services are our highest priority. yagnaglobal.com works hard to keep up with high standard service. However, there are times when we cannot guarantee 100% reliability:

Internet Congestion

Automatic System Updates – yagnaglobal.com’s enables most of the sites to update themselves with patches and bug fixes. Occasionally, these patches/fixes can affect services in an unexpected, detrimental way. Many of these patches/fixes are done automatically and cannot be tested prior to their implementation.

  • Virus/Worm/Denial of Service Attack

You specifically agree that yagnaglobal.com cannot be held liable for any missing data, corrupted data, incorrect transmission of data, failure to provide service, delay of service provision or anything in any way connected to the yagnaglobal.com service beyond the cost of service provided. Cumulative liability cannot exceed the total monthly service fee equal to the prior one month of service.

Transmission of Data

yagnaglobal.com is not responsible for any unauthorized access or modification of your data stored by or transmitted via the yagnaglobal.com service You also specifically agree that yagnaglobal.com is not responsible or liable for any content sent using or received from the yagnaglobal.com service including that which may be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or that may violate any trademark or copyright.

Outgoing Bulk/Junk/spam Mail Policy

Sending spam (unsolicited junk mail sent to anonymous recipients) through yagnaglobal.com can not be tolerated. yagnaglobal.com has the right to terminate or refuse mail service to anyone abusing yagnaglobal.com services. yagnaglobal.com reserves the right to immediately discontinue service to anyone violating this rule. yagnaglobal.com defines “spamming as the sending of bulk e-mails, or the sending of e-mail to users that have not explicitly asked to receive the sender’s message. yagnaglobal.com will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending spam/bulk e-mails. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel yagnaglobal.com accounts that send bulk or unwanted junk mail (spam). Hosting resellers should note that if an account is suspended for breaching yagnaglobal.com terms or acceptable usage policy and they re-enable that account, it will result in their reseller account being suspended.

Incoming Bulk/Junk (Spam) Mail Policy

yagnaglobal.com can not be responsible for filtering out unwanted/offensive content sent to your account or that may fill your account with spam/junk mails.

Passwords

It is the end-user’s responsibility to keep his/her password confidential and to change the password on a regular basis. yagnaglobal.com is not responsible for any data losses or security issues due to stolen passwords. yagnaglobal.com recommends that you use passwords that contain numbers and symbols in order to prevent unauthorised users from guessing commonly used choices (i.e., “12345”, “password”, etc.). yagnaglobal.com support does not have access to viewing existing passwords. For security reasons, yagnaglobal.com support can only reset passwords.

Cancelled Accounts

Upon cancellation, your account,  e-mail and contact data located on yagnaglobal.com’s services may no longer be available. It is the end user’s responsibility to retrieve this data prior to the request for cancellation of the service. yagnaglobal.com cannot guarantee retrieval of data once an account is cancelled.
