TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement is between you the subscriber to the yagnaglobal.com. who hosts the yagnaglobal.com web hosting and services.
Free Trial Period
The yagnaglobal.com free trial period is good for 30 days. After 30 days the free trial will automatically be converted to a regular monthly/yearly subscription. If you do not wish to continue with the service, you must cancel within the 30 days time period by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or canceling it from the client area. We do not provide free trial period for domain registrations. The free trial applies only to the yagnaglobal.com Shared Server hosting accounts. This implies that we do not have money back guarantee.
Month to Month Term
After the free trial, your account will be automatically renewed on a month to month or year on year basis for the total monthly/yearly fee of the service. There is no minimum term of service. You may cancel the service at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your domain name and reason for cancellation. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via e-mail. Service is billed at the start of each service month (based on the day of the month you signed up for service) for the following month and we cannot give any refunds for partial month’s service.
Service Level Agreement
yagnaglobal.com will make every effort to provide each customer with 99.9% uptime. yagnaglobal.com has a refund policy of discounting 5% for each 2 hour of downtime per month. “Uptime” and “Downtime” is recorded and calculated on a monthly basis. This does not include scheduled downtime for weekly server/network maintenance. This also does not include end-user internet connection issues or general internet congestion. Refunds and overall liability will not exceed one month’s service during the month of the outage.
What yagnaglobal.com supports – the following areas are covered under the yagnaglobal.com support policy:
Connectivity to the yagnaglobal.com Service – talking/instructing the end-user through configuring and connecting to the yagnaglobal.com e-mail server(s) and receiving/sending e-mail
DNS Related Issues
What yagnaglobal.com does not explicitly support – the following areas are handled on a “best efforts” basis:
- Configuration of customer firewall software and/or hardware that could affect connectivity to the yagnaglobal.com service
- Configuration of customer antivirus software that could affect connectivity to the yagnaglobal.com service
- Issues related to customer’s connection to the Internet. (i.e. T1, Cable Modem, DSL Modem, Dial-Up accounts, etc.)
- Issues related to other e-mail accounts or personal folders (non -yagnaglobal.com) configured within customers
Microsoft Outlook software
yagnaglobal.com prohibits the use of its servers for:
Illegal material, such as commercial audio, video or music files or any other copyrighted works, for which the account holder does not have the permission of the coyright holder, or any other material in violation of cyber Law Adult material, such as pornography, erotic images or otherwise lewd or obscene content Racist, defamatory, obscene, indecent or other unlawful material ‘Warez’, such as pirated software, ROMS, emulators, instructions or software for phreaking, hacking, password cracking or IP spoofing etc
Sites engaging in or promoting pyramid sales, Multi Level Marketing or similar activities
Engaging in illegal activities
Account holders will not post (nor allow to be posted) web or WAP pages containing such material or links to such material, nor shall they store such material in their server space, nor shall they transmit such material by email or any other means. yagnaglobal.com reserve the right to determine whether any material or use is prohibited.
Security and Reliability
The security and reliability of the yagnaglobal.com hosting and other services is our highest priority. yagnaglobal.com works hard to run a solid, hassle-free service. However, there are times when we cannot guarantee 100% reliability:
Automatic System Updates – yagnaglobal.com’s servers regularly update themselves with patches and bug fixes. Occasionally, these patches/fixes can affect our servers in an unexpected, detrimental way. Many of these patches/fixes are done automatically and cannot be tested prior to their implementation.

- Virus/Worm/Denial of Service Attack
You specifically agree that yagnaglobal.com cannot be held liable for any missing data, corrupted data, incorrect transmission of data, failure to provide service, delay of service provision or anything in any way connected to the yagnaglobal.com service beyond the cost of service provided. Cumulative liability cannot exceed the total monthly service fee equal to the prior one month of service.Transmission of Data
yagnaglobal.com is not responsible for any unauthorized access or modification of your data stored by or transmitted via the yagnaglobal.com service You also specifically agree that yagnaglobal.com is not responsible or liable for any content sent using or received from the yagnaglobal.com service including that which may be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or that may violate any trademark or copyright.
Outgoing Bulk / Junk / spam Mail Policy
Sending spam (Unsolicited Junk Mail sent to anonymous recipients) through yagnaglobal.com can not be tolerated. yagnaglobal.com has the right to terminate or refuse mail service to anyone abusing yagnaglobal.com services. yagnaglobal.com reserves the right to immediately discontinue service to anyone violating this rule. yagnaglobal.com defines “spaming as the sending of bulk e-mails, or the sending of e-mail to users that have not explicitly asked to receive the senders message. yagnaglobal.com will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending spam/bulk e-mails. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel yagnaglobal.com accounts that send bulk or unwanted junk mail (spam). Hosting resellers should note that if an account is suspended for breaching yagnaglobal.com Terms or Acceptable Usage Policy and they re-enable that account, it will result in their reseller account being suspended.
Incoming Bulk / Junk (Spam) Mail Policy
yagnaglobal.com can not be responsible for filtering out unwanted/offensive content sent to your yagnaglobal.com account or that may fill your yagnaglobal.com account.
yagnaglobal.com Virus Policy
The yagnaglobal.com service provides virus protection against incoming e-mail viruses sent to your yagnaglobal.com addresses. All incoming messages to your yagnaglobal.com domain are scanned. It is our policy to delete affected attachments prior to delivery to your yagnaglobal.com mailbox. yagnaglobal.com virus protection uses the latest technologies to help ensure your protection. Our server software (virus patterns) is updated nightly. Virus protection is an ongoing process and it’s impossible to protect against 100% of the virus threats and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for new viruses that are not detected by our scanning software. End-users are responsible for protecting their computers and ensuring they are virus-free. We recommend that each end -user run a local anti-virus software package on their PC for additional protection. yagnaglobal.com will not be held responsible if your domain name is blocked by internet service providers (ISPs) for sending virus -infected e-mails. Most viruses are transmitted by e-mail, but not all. If your e-mail software is connected to another e-mail service other than yagnaglobal.com, it is possible that virus-infected e-mail could be pulled into your yagnaglobal.com account. yagnaglobal.com cannot be held responsible for virus-infected e-mail originally sent to e-mail services outside of yagnaglobal.com.
It is the end-user’s responsibility to keep his/her password confidential, and to change the password on a regular basis. yagnaglobal.com is not responsible for any data losses or security issues due to stolen passwords. yagnaglobal.com recommends that you use passwords that contain numbers and symbols in order to prevent unauthorized users from guessing commonly-used choices (i.e. “12345”, “password”, etc.). yagnaglobal.com support does not have access to viewing existing passwords. For security reasons, yagnaglobal.com support can only reset passwords.
Upon cancellation, your yagnaglobal.com e-mail and contact data located on yagnaglobal.com’s servers may no longer be available. It is the end -user’s responsibility to retrieve this data prior to the request for cancellation of the service. yagnaglobal.com cannot guarantee retrieval of data once an account is cancelled.
Full backups of shared server are made weekly, and backups of new/changed data made nightly. No guarantees are made of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the integrity of these backups. Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. It is the clients’ responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content. If loss of data occurs due to an error of yagnaglobal.com, yagnaglobal.com will attempt to recover the data at no charge to the client.
